Would you create a National Youth Strategy?

Countries as far flung as New Zealand and Namibia, and stretching the alphabet from Australia to Zambia, have developed clear and compelling National Youth Strategies. And they are supported in these efforts by international organizations, such as the Commonwealth Youth Ministers, the European Youth Forum, and the United Nations, which have called for countries to create comprehensive interagency youth policies and action plans to coordinate efforts across sectors.

Yet the United States stands alone by having advanced no compelling National Youth Strategy of its own.

No one has answered this question.
